Because it's using Doom 3 and ROE Files (and they belongs to the Id Software).

So, the law could say that Doomero is distribuing a free Doom 3/RoE material and framing the copyright.


So, the problem isn't "make" a WAD with this files, but distribute this file without proper permission. (and "permission" is Doomero sold the WAD and Id gain 99,99% of the money lol).

i using doom3 and roe files only the:
sounds, and some textures, but the weapons, monsters and other things are screenshots from the game. About the permission is not problem, i have partialy permission, i talk with id thanks a friend, he is using the d3 textures for his wads, but the condition was not relase to "popular" sites, so i respect that.
